Quote requests: when you submit the request form, we store your name, Discord username, and whatever email, budget or message you choose to share — used only to respond to your request.

Order tracking: if you're a client, your order details (status, price, messages, progress photos) are stored so you and we can track it together through your access code.

Anonymous page views: we log which pages are visited and where visitors came from, with no cookies and no personal identifiers — purely to understand what's popular.

No advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies, no selling or sharing your data with third parties for marketing.

All data lives in a Supabase database hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).

Discord, if you choose to reach out there. BuiltByBit, for ready-made map purchases. And — only if you click "Translate" on a message in a tracking portal — Google's translation service, which receives just that message's text.
